Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is:
    •    Unopened
    •    Unused
    •    In original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Non-returnable Items
    •    Opened collectibles, TCG products, booster packs, sealed boxes
    •    Digital items
    •    Clearance items
    •    Perishable goods
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:
    •    Approve or deny the refund
    •    Process approved refunds to your original payment method within 3–7 business days
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
    •    Contact us within 48 hours with photo proof
    •    We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund doesn’t appear:
    1    Check your bank account
    2    Contact your bank or card company
